  • We are rapidly expanding our routes westward along the 290 and 2920 corridors! Because Waller is growing so fast, the best way to find out is to click the “Check My Address” button. If our vans aren’t quite to your street yet, our system will gracefully let you know and save your location. This acts as a “vote” to bring Royal Hill to your acreage or neighborhood next!
  • We are a comprehensive laundry and dry cleaning delivery service! For standard workwear (dress shirts, dress pants, polos), we expertly launder and press them in-house using our specialized Presso machines for a crisp finish. For “Dry Clean Only” items like suits, we do everything in house. You can send us your everyday laundry and your delicate dry cleaning all in one convenient pickup!
  • Nope! You can put everything in one bag, and our team will always sort your lights and darks, and do our best to sort clean garments by size and gender. However, if you want to make putting laundry away a breeze: simply place each person’s clothes in their own separate bag when you set them out! If you separate them, we will launder, fold, and package them separately so the clean clothes can go straight into the correct person’s drawers and closets.
  • Don’t worry about the weather! Our premium Royal Hill reusable bags are heavy-duty and water-resistant. If you aren’t home, just leave them in a sheltered spot on your porch. If severe weather is rolling in, our drivers will text you to coordinate a safe, dry drop-off location or happily reschedule your delivery.
  • Because we process everything in-house at our Jones Rd facility with our own trained employees (we NEVER use gig workers or outsource your everyday laundry), lost or damaged items are incredibly rare. Your bags are tracked at every step of the process. However, if the unexpected ever happens, we are fully commercially insured and will work with you immediately to make it right. We treat your family’s wardrobe exactly like our own.
  • Not at all! You can use us completely “as-needed” for those weeks when laundry just piles up. While we do offer great discounts for customers who choose to set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, there are absolutely zero locked-in contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel a pickup at any time right from your phone.
