  • No! We are Royal Hill Laundry, a premier residential wash and fold service for the Fairfield subdivision in Cypress, TX.
    While Fairfield Inn shares the name of this great community, we are a locally owned business dedicated to helping homeowners and busy families!
  • It’s easy. You can provide your gate code in your secure account notes, or simply buzz us in when we arrive. We serve many gated residents in Fairfield already.
  • Nope! You can put everything in one bag, and our team will always sort your lights and darks, and do our best to sort clean garments by size and gender. However, if you want to make putting laundry away a breeze: simply place each person’s clothes in their own separate bag when you set them out! If you separate them, we will launder, fold, and package them separately so the clean clothes can go straight into the correct person’s drawers and closets.
  • Don’t worry about the weather! Our premium Royal Hill reusable bags are heavy-duty and water-resistant. If you aren’t home, just leave them in a sheltered spot on your porch. If severe weather is rolling in, our drivers will text you to coordinate a safe, dry drop-off location or happily reschedule your delivery.
  • Because we process everything in-house at our Jones Rd facility with our own trained employees (we NEVER use gig workers or outsource your everyday laundry), lost or damaged items are incredibly rare. Your bags are tracked at every step of the process. However, if the unexpected ever happens, we are fully commercially insured and will work with you immediately to make it right. We treat your family’s wardrobe exactly like our own.
  • Not at all! You can use us completely “as-needed” for those weeks when laundry just piles up. While we do offer great discounts for customers who choose to set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, there are absolutely zero locked-in contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel a pickup at any time right from your phone.
