  • ​Next-Day Professionalism: Because we process these items entirely in-house, your pressed professional wear is returned to you on hangers, flawlessly finished, and ready for your next meeting—often with the same next-day turnaround as our standard service.
  • True Dry Cleaning: For garments with strict “Dry Clean Only” tags (like full suits or delicate silks), we process everything in house. Available as an add-on to any Wash & Fold order, returned safely in 2 days.

  • Executive Wardrobe (Per Pound): Your daily professional and casual attire (t-shirts, activewear, undergarments) is billed by the pound.
  • Launder & Press (Per Item): Dress shirts, slacks, and professional pieces that require specialized pressing are billed per item to ensure a perfect finish.
  • Fine Linens & Household (Per Item): High-thread-count sheets and down comforters receive specialized, individual cycles and are priced per item.
  • ​Bespoke Sorting: No sorting is ever required. Our specialists automatically separate your pressed items and fine linens from your standard wash & fold.

  • Your preferences are our blueprint. You can specify “hang-dry” or “low-heat” for any specific item in your profile. Our specialists check every tag and follow your instructions with precision.
  • Yes. For “Dry Clean Only” garments like full wool suits and silks, we partner with Houston’s most trusted wholesale specialists. You can include these in your regular pickup for a truly seamless experience.
  • Nope! You can put everything in one bag, and our team will always sort your lights and darks, and do our best to sort clean garments by size and gender. However, if you want to make putting laundry away a breeze: simply place each person’s clothes in their own separate bag when you set them out! If you separate them, we will launder, fold, and package them separately so the clean clothes can go straight into the correct person’s drawers and closets.
  • Don’t worry about the weather! Our premium Royal Hill reusable bags are heavy-duty and water-resistant. If you aren’t home, just leave them in a sheltered spot on your porch. If severe weather is rolling in, our drivers will text you to coordinate a safe, dry drop-off location or happily reschedule your delivery.
  • Because we process everything in-house at our Jones Rd facility with our own trained employees (we NEVER use gig workers or outsource your everyday laundry), lost or damaged items are incredibly rare. Your bags are tracked at every step of the process. However, if the unexpected ever happens, we are fully commercially insured and will work with you immediately to make it right. We treat your family’s wardrobe exactly like our own.
  • Not at all! You can use us completely “as-needed” for those weeks when laundry just piles up. While we do offer great discounts for customers who choose to set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, there are absolutely zero locked-in contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel a pickup at any time right from your phone.
