Before the wash cycle even begins, our team performs a Manual Pre-Grooming. We hang the rug and beat out the dried mud, crust, and loose hair. We “de-muck” the heavy debris so the water can actually penetrate the fabric.
Phase 2: Hardware Protection
Those heavy metal surcingle buckles are dangerous to machinery and the fabric itself. We hand-wrap and tie off the buckles to prevent them from snagging the fabric or banging against the drum.
