Who is actually washing my clothes?
- Unlike “gig” apps that outsource your clothes to a stranger’s house, every bag is processed at our professional facility right here in Northwest Houston by our own trained, in-house team. Also, every bag is picked up by a company employee.
Do you take cash or cards?
- Both! Our loyalty kiosk is entirely coin-free and takes card payments AND cash to load your laundry card
Do I have to separate my lights and darks, or each family member's clothes?
- Nope! You can put everything in one bag, and our team will always sort your lights and darks, and do our best to sort clean garments by size and gender. However, if you want to make putting laundry away a breeze: simply place each person’s clothes in their own separate bag when you set them out! If you separate them, we will launder, fold, and package them separately so the clean clothes can go straight into the correct person’s drawers and closets.
How does it save me time?
- You don’t sort, you don’t wash, you don’t dry, and you don’t fold. You spend 60 seconds booking, and we handle the rest. You get a full day of your weekend back.
What is the Ozone sanitization part?
- It’s a natural sanitizing agent (O3) used to purify the wash. It guarantees that even your heavily worn clothes come back completely free of bacteria and odors without using harsh chemicals.
- Whites come back whiter. Colors come back more vibrant.
Can I wash large bedding items in Self-Serve?
- Yes! Our 8-load giant washers are purpose-built for king-size comforters, sleeping bags, heavy quilts, and massive family bundles.
