Not only will your clothes be sanitized, but the washing machine is sanitized as well. Ozone will also make your clothes softer and smell better. While we cannot guarantee to be able to save all your clothes depending on the physical damage, for the ones we can, we can restore them back and save you money versus buying new!

Royal Hill Laundry uses an ozone system in all of its washing machines. This system sanitizes your laundry and removes 99.9% of all bacteria and viruses. Our system is hospital approved!
Residential Subscription Plans
What is a residential subscription plan?
Our residential subscription plan is for those customers who want recurring laundry service that is paid by the bag versus by the pound. You’ll pay a monthly fee for a set amount of bags per month. You can choose weekly or bi-weekly pickup. You’ll see significant savings over a one-time pick up method. Any modifiers to your order are included! This way you can have a set monthly budget for laundry.
Who supplies the bags?
First time customers, please load your clothes into 13 gallon kitchen bags. You’ll receive FREE laundry bags upon their return according to your plan. You’ll use these bags to load up dirty clothes and you’ll receive them back washed and cleaned. We take care of it for you!
Is there a contract and can I cancel?
There is no contract, the residential subscription plan is based on a monthly subscription charge. Similar to your streaming services. If you cancel at the end of the month or when you use up your month’s allotment, you will no longer be billed. If you still have bags remaining, you can finish out that month.
Which subscription plan is best for me?
We offer a few different solutions depending on your laundry needs. We have different size bags and different amounts of bags.
What if I have more laundry I want done than my allotted amount of bags?
No Problem! If you have more laundry than fits your monthly allotted bag amount, you can just put the extra clothes into a 13 gallon kitchen bag and we’ll return it to you folded in our standard clear bags. You’ll be charged a discounted per pound rate.. See our pricing page for more details.
Dry Cleaning / Wet Cleaning Service
Do you offer typical dry cleaning services?
Typical dry cleaning services utilize a special washing machine that uses chemicals (dry) versus water (wet) to clean your clothes. Our service is an alternative to the usual dry cleaner. We use a revolutionary steaming garment machine called Presso, that “refreshes” your “dry cleaning only” and regular garments, utilizing special eco-friendly proprietary chemicals. Lab tested and certified to be safe enough to be poured down the drain!
This service sets us apart from any other laundry service in all of Texas!. Powered by AI robotic technology, our Presso service utilizes patent-pending robotic stretching technology to ensure premier pressing quality for different types of garments. This innovative solution brings convenience and sustainability right to your doorstep.
What is wet cleaning?
Did you know that 90% of clothes sent to dry cleaners don’t have to actually be dry cleaned? Do you really want to wear clothes that were doused and cleaned with chemicals? That 90% can actually be wet cleaned, even though the label says “dry clean only”.
Wet cleaning is a professional garment cleaning method that uses water and biodegradable detergents instead of chemical solvents like those used in traditional dry cleaning. It’s a gentler, more eco-friendly approach that is well-suited for delicate fabrics like wool, silk, and cashmere.
How is wet cleaning any different than regular washing clothes, both use water?
Wet cleaning professionals use specialized equipment with computerized controls to adjust water levels, temperature, detergent, agitation, and extraction speed for each garment. Our high tech washers and dryers have custom programs built in specifically for wet cleaning, a majority of laundromats don’t have this technology! We also use specialty wet cleaning detergents that are more gentle and made specifically for the fabrics you are washing. When we dry, we dry to a higher moisture content designed for that fabric, in order not to burn your clothes.
Why is your garment care service better?
Washing your clothes, whether through normal laundry or dry cleaning, causes wear and tear on your clothes, especially your specialty items. But with Presso, say GOODBYE to common problems such as garment damage, shrinkage, color fading, and linen loss that often occur with traditional tumbling methods. Unlike dry cleaning services that use harsh chemicals, Presso employs a Pressurized Steam-based cleaning system.
What garments can you treat?
Our specialty method allows us to treat virtually all fabrics and garment types, from delicate 100% silk to luxurious linen, without compromising their quality. Our carefully coordinated steam flow process effectively neutralizes bacteria while protecting the fabric. The only item we can’t treat in the machine is leather.
Can I use this machine on my own or only through your full-service?
Our Presso machine is available in our retail laundromat store and it’s DIY friendly with on screen instructions! Come on in and utilize the machine yourself and if you need help, our friendly staff are more than able to help teach you about this machine.
If you utilize our drop-off or pickup & delivery services, this is an add on service that comes at a much greater discount and we handle it all for you!
General Questions
How does my laundry get weighed?
We weigh your clothing before and after we launder your clothing. The clothing is charged based on the “after weight”. Sometimes, our customers send in clothes that are wet or damp. Wet clothes and towels weigh more than dry ones, so we don’t want to charge you for wet clothes.
